Hotels love groups and rely on them for their business. Each hotel pays Gather Global an industry-standard commission for bringing groups to stay with them. These commissions come out of the hotel’s annual marketing budget, so your rates remain unaffected.
We work with all hotel brands. **We work for you.** We have no loyalty to any specific hotel but maintain relationships with all.
We use a software system that speeds up the RFP process, allowing us to send multiple RFPs with a click of a button. We then compile all RFPs into an organized and visually appealing hotel comparison document, containing all important hotel and budget/financial information for you to share with your team and decision-makers.
Historically, we have saved our clients anywhere from 15–30% on each meeting/event. We achieve this through our industry relationships, strategic negotiation, and contract mitigation.
When you decide to work with us, you will send us all of your meeting/event specifications. We will create request for proposals and send them out to hotel venues that we believe would best fit your needs and style. The hotel venues then send us proposals with all venue and budget information. It usually takes 2–3 days for US proposals to come back and 3–5 days for international proposals. We work on your timeline and this can always be expedited. We create side-by-side comparison reports for you to review with your team. From there, we negotiate on your behalf.
